m	mol mol (mol) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん書いてるので私もかなり前ですが参考までに。私も12年前にこちらで未完成の新築アパートを予約して借りて3年程住んだのですが、対応は最低です。深夜勤の為雪掻きが大変なので予め聞いて駐車場の水を流す予定との約束で借りたのに一切水は流さず設備も作らず全くの嘘！除雪すら全く来ない!大雪の日には夕方仕事から帰るとアパートの駐車場には入れず、腰の高さまで積もった雪で絶句した事もありました。近所の全く知らない方にお世話になり、ようやく家に入れたのは夜の９時でした。頭に来て旦那が電話してもらちが明かずクレーマー扱い!また別の日は私の軽自動車は雪のぬかるみにハマり自分の駐車場まで行けずに隣の部屋の方に押して貰ったほどです！また他の方が書いているようにうちもたったの3年住んだだけで画鋲１つ使った事も無いのに壁紙は全面張り替えと言われました!!因みに半年しか住んでなかったお隣は出た後に新品キッチン運ばれてきてました。そんなに傷１つ付けられたくない大事なアパートなら人に貸すな!!アパート経営すんな!うちはアパート懲り懲りで縁が切りたくて家を建てましたがホント書くと切がありません。マジでここの不動産会社は辞めたほうがいいです。 It's been a while since everyone wrote it, but for reference.
