常に上から目線で、近隣とのトラブルが起こるように仕向けてくる。 トラブルが起こった時に直ぐに引っ越しを勧めてくる。 トラブル対応もてきとうだし、最悪です。

8年間住んだアパートを退去する際、壁紙2箇所に付いた子供の落書きにより、部屋中全ての壁紙張り替えで多額の請求されました。 退去時のトラブル解決の目安である国土交通省のガイドラインでは、経年劣化で壁紙の価値はほぼ無いとされており、退去者には請求しないのが適当とされているケースです。 電話口ではガイドラインに沿っていると言いはっていましたが、8年間住んだ場合でも壁紙を張り替えないケースもあると矛盾した回答で話になりませんでした。 司法書士に相談をし、少額訴訟を薦められましたが、借り上げ社宅で間に勤務する会社が入っているので面倒になり断念しました。 この不動産屋を利用するのであれば、退去前に幾分かご自身で勉強しておく事をオススメします。知人には絶対に薦めません。

アパートの近隣トラブルには非協力的な不動産会社です。 騒音や防犯を重視して探していたら「音、気になりますか?そういう人は共同住宅に向かないと思います」と言われました。防犯についても同様です。神経質に質問したつもりはありません。 近隣トラブルが発生した際の対応も「文書は出しますが、どちらかが引っ越すのが最善」と説明され、ちょっと極端な企業姿勢だと思いました。入居後は関わりたくないと思っている節があります。"住めればどこでもいい"という図太さがある人にはいいのかもしれません。 それから、入り口に消毒用アルコールが置いてあるだけで、中にいた数名のスタッフが全員マスクを着けていないのはNGでしょう。

皆さん書いてるので私もかなり前ですが参考までに。私も12年前にこちらで未完成の新築アパートを予約して借りて3年程住んだのですが、対応は最低です。深夜勤の為雪掻きが大変なので予め聞いて駐車場の水を流す予定との約束で借りたのに一切水は流さず設備も作らず全くの嘘!除雪すら全く来ない!大雪の日には夕方仕事から帰るとアパートの駐車場には入れず、腰の高さまで積もった雪で絶句した事もありました。近所の全く知らない方にお世話になり、ようやく家に入れたのは夜の9時でした。頭に来て旦那が電話してもらちが明かずクレーマー扱い!また別の日は私の軽自動車は雪のぬかるみにハマり自分の駐車場まで行けずに隣の部屋の方に押して貰ったほどです!また他の方が書いているようにうちもたったの3年住んだだけで画鋲1つ使った事も無いのに壁紙は全面張り替えと言われました!!因みに半年しか住んでなかったお隣は出た後に新品キッチン運ばれてきてました。そんなに傷1つ付けられたくない大事なアパートなら人に貸すな!!アパート経営すんな!うちはアパート懲り懲りで縁が切りたくて家を建てましたがホント書くと切がありません。マジでここの不動産会社は辞めたほうがいいです。
