★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近ジムに通っています。温水プールもあります。利用している大人が結構多いですね。サウナもあって最高?⤴⤴
 I recently attended a gym. There is also a heated swimming pool. There are quite a few adults using it. There is a sauna too and it is the best.

トイレも綺麗だった。

更衣室、シャワールームが新しくてとても綺麗。
スタッフの方も親切丁寧。
東京の区民プールなんかよりずっといい。
I use the pool when staying in Tono.
Changing room and shower room are new and very beautiful.
The staff is also kind and polite.
It's much better than Tokyo's pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大ホールから中ホールまであって、講演会・演劇・コンサート・落語など、様々なイベントが開催出来ます。また、ダンスホールや体育館・温水プールもあります。ちなみに、温水プールの隣には何とサウナもあります。珍しいと思います。施設全般に新しいです。
ホテルあえりあ遠野と繋がっています。駐車場も共通です。
From the main hall to the middle hall, various events such as lectures, plays, concerts and rakugo can be held. There is also a dance hall, gymnasium and heated swimming pool. By the way, there is also a sauna next to the heated pool. I think it is rare. It is new to the whole facility.
It is connected with Hotel Aeria Tohno. Parking is also common.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石本建築事務所さま設計の公共施設。竣工時の面影はペデと体育館、裏のプールでしょうか。あえりあも含めて統一された全体像が惜しい。体育館利用者の導線がほぼ一階から螺旋階段でのアプローチは高齢者には厳しいかも。
理想はEVですかね?
一階トレーニングルーム、武道ホールで気が付いたことは上階体育館より振動+
音が大きい事。私が小学生の頃（1971）オープンとはいえ、RC造で体育館の床からの防音効果は考慮済みとは思いますがチョット煩いですね。技術的には可能です。都内古い雑居ビルでさえクラブ下のフロアがシーンと静まりかえるほどの空間になっていたのを経験しました。資金力のない状況でのリフォームゆえ仕方がないのかも知れません。
今、観光宿泊者もトレーニングルームを利用する時代。あえりあ宿泊のお客さまにもプールやジムを本当は楽しんで頂きたいものです。

The sound is loud. Although it was opened when I was in elementary school (1971), I think that the soundproofing effect from the floor of the gymnasium has already been taken into consideration with the RC structure, but it's a bit annoying. It is technically possible. Even in an old multi-tenant building in Tokyo, I experienced that the floor under the club was a space that was quiet with the scene. It may be unavoidable because it is a reform in a situation where there is no financial power.
Nowadays, tourist guests also use the training room. We really want our guests to enjoy the pool and gym.

市民じゃなくても使えるようです。
25メートルプールをコースロープで区切り、反時計回り。今回は『25メートル以上泳げるコース』と『自由コース』の設定。
