★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large park which satisfies all your demands: beautiful rose garden, perfect for photos and enjoying the fragrance; large playground for kids; a windy lake with lots of fishes and turtles, etc. There are two parking lots: one of the park and one of the tennis playground, we parked in the tennis parking and it costs 620¥ per entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of playground equipment for the kids and plenty of open spaces. There is a pond to feed ducks at as well. This is a very large park and it is far from any train stations so you may have to drive. Be prepared to pay 550 yen for parking though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge sprawling park. Lovely old trees and bamboo everywhere. Rose garden. Reception area. Giant kids play areas. Swans. It's got everything. Even showers to clean up after a tennis match or hike.
