初めに荷物の番号で問い合わせのお電話をしたときも丁寧な対応をしてくださりました。
大きな荷物でしたので、車まで運んでくださり、｢運転中に倒れたら危ないので、アームレストに引っ掛けてます｣と、運転中のことまで考えて積み込んでくれました。
