店舗の広さからして致し方ありませんが、品揃えはHACには劣ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の関係で大量の赤ちゃん用品が必要になり、トモズへ。ダメ元で聞いてみると女性の店員さんがすごく親身に相談にのっていただき、専門的なことまでおしえて頂き、この商品の発注、納品までを考えてくれました。日数がなく焦っていたので、本当に助かりました。近くの某ドラッグストアにもはじめに行ったのですが、簡単にあしらわれ、この量はホームセンターくらいしかないよ～的なことを言われていたので、トモズの女性店員さんが神様に見えました！
このような接客がお客をつかんでいくんだと思います。
I need a lot of baby supplies because of work, and I am to Tomos. When I asked at the wrong source, a female clerk was very kindly in consultation with me, and even told me about something special, I thought about ordering and delivery of this product. It was really helpful because there weren't many days and I was very upset. I went to a nearby 某 drug store at the beginning, but it was easily treated, and this amount was said to be something like home centers only, so a woman clerk at Tomos could see God!
I think this kind of customer service is grabbing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前にあるので利用しやすくて利用していましたが、コチラの事情じゃなく返品しにいかなければならないことになったことがありました。その際に店長さんが出てきたのですが、要は店員さんへの伝達ミスで私がそれを買ってしまったので返品しなくては…ということだったのですが、それに関して開き直りと威圧感のある接客がひどかったです。「すみませんでした。はぁ。なんで○○(スタッフさんの名前)伝えたことちゃんとできてないんだよ」と、ぶつぶつ。謝罪より、不満という態度でした。
2度と行きません。

At that time, the store manager came out, but the point was that I bought it due to a miscommunication to the store clerk, so I had to return it ... The customer service with a feeling was terrible. "I'm sorry. Hmm. Why can't I tell you what I told you (staff's name)?" It was more dissatisfied than an apology.
I will never go again.

会員限定のクーポンを提示しても「それ今回使えないから～金額的に」と言われ、使えなかったこと云々よりもなんでそんな言われ方しなきゃいけないのだろうと不快になった。
友達じゃないので言葉使いは社会人としてちゃんとしてほしい。
他のスタッフで良いスタッフもいるため非常に残念。
The wording of middle-aged male employees at the cash register is bad, and honorifics cannot be used easily.
Even if I presented a member-only coupon, I was told, "I can't use it this time-in terms of money", and I was uncomfortable wondering why I had to say that rather than not being able to use it.
I'm not a friend, so I want you to use the language properly as a member of society.
It's very disappointing because there are other good staff.
