15時頃にフィッティングにいた女性店員の態度が最悪でした。
今までお気に入りのお店でよく通っていたのですが、横浜ベイサイド店をもう利用する事はないでしょう。
店員としての意識が低く、ブランドイメージを著しく下げると思います。あの女性店員は厳しく教育指導するか、解雇した方がよいと思います。

The attitude of the female clerk who was in the fitting around 15:00 was the worst.
I used to go to my favorite store, but I don't think I will use the Yokohama Bayside store anymore.
I think that the awareness as a clerk is low and the brand image is significantly lowered. I think that female clerk should be rigorously educated or fired.

今回は、まるで違うトミーに来たかと言う位スタッフさんの対応が素敵でした。
総入れ替えしたのかなぁ？
また行かせて頂きます。
