★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に、商品を買い、お釣りの五百円玉を100円で欲しいとお願いしたら、ありえない態度、そしてありえない言葉で返してきて驚いた。
他の方の口コミにもあるように、最低限の礼節を守れない店員がいるようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東の富澤商店の店舗では、概ね親切・丁寧な対応をしてもらえるが、仙台の店舗は最悪。
店員に”接客する”と言う気が全く見受けられない。
心の底から「嫌なら辞めれば？」と言いたい。
元々、東北の人はまともに接客対応出来ない人が多いので、富澤商店の本部の方は、その点を理解してスタッフ教育を行って欲しい。
At Tomizawa Shoten stores in the Kanto region, you can generally be kind and polite, but the Sendai store is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お菓子作りする人にはとても楽しいお店です?以前から欲しかったシフォンの型を買いました。器具やらトッピング材料やら、パン作りにはかかせない粉類等は本当に豊富だし１日居ても楽しめるお店です?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful shop for those looking for gluten free alternatives , they have sorghum , brown and white rice flour, gelatin , agar agar, yeast made from non wheat products , and tapioca starch ! Nothing is labeled gluten free but i have been able to use them without issue - they also had informed and helpful staff
