★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富谷市の公民館では一番良いと思います。他では古く図書室があっても痛んだ本ばかり、古くて何これ！と思うような中、成田はまともだと思います。市役所の出張所が平日夜の７時まで開いてるのが助かります。
I think that it is the best in a public hall in Tomiya City. Elsewhere, even if there is an old library, only the painful books are old and what is this! I think Narita is decent. It is helpful that the city office is open until 7pm on weekdays.

各部屋は、エアコンつけれますが(温度設定管理されています)二階へ上がる階段付近は日当たりが良い日は暑くて死にそうです！
Summer is hot and difficult.
Each room can be air-conditioned (temperature setting is controlled) and the stairs up to the second floor are hot and likely to die on sunny days!
