★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本ヶ塚山（1107m）Aコース登山道の登り初めにかかる美瀑です。落差は12㍍。
アプローチは、「バンガロー村古里とみやま」から林道に入ってゆき、押出沢を横切る橋の側に車を置けるスペースがあるので、そこに駐車します。沢の左岸側に、登山道の入口、及び各登山道の案内図、うち崩落によりAコースとCコースの使用を禁じる旨の看板が立っています。その入口から入って堰堤を越えると、直ぐに押出沢不動滝です。
川中の岩が美しい苔で覆われ、年間を通して沢の水量が安定していることが判ります。苔の緑と滝の水のハーモニーが美しい癒し系の滝です。

The approach is to enter the forest road from "Bungalow Village Furusato Tomiyama", and there is a space for cars to be placed on the side of the bridge that crosses the extrusion river, so park there. On the left bank side of the river, there is a sign that prohibits the use of courses A and C due to the entrance of the mountain trail, the guide map of each mountain trail, and the collapse. After entering the entrance and crossing the dam, you will immediately see Extrudezawa Fudo Falls.
The rocks in the river are covered with beautiful moss, and you can see that the amount of water in the stream is stable throughout the year. It is a healing waterfall with a beautiful harmony of moss green and waterfall water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バンガロー村を見過ごして奥へ進むと小さな橋を越えた直後に登山口が有ります。周辺に駐車し、入山すると堰堤を越えて直ぐ登山道は山奥へ続きますが、そちらへは行かず沢を遡上します。所々対岸へ渡ることも有るので長靴だと安心です。
多少の困難は有りますが滝前まで行くことができ、水量が豊富で迫力あります。
If you overlook the bungalow village and go deeper, you will find a trailhead immediately after crossing a small bridge. If you park in the surrounding area and enter the mountain, the mountain trail will continue to the depths of the mountain immediately after crossing the dam, but you will not go there and will go up the river. It is safe to wear boots as you may cross the other side in some places.
Although there are some difficulties, you can go to the front of the waterfall, and the amount of water is abundant and powerful.
