m	miki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダメ。典型的な昔ながらの街の不動産屋さん。賃貸物件探してる時に寄ったけど「今決めないとすぐに無くなりますよ。」とか、とにかく決めさせたがっていた。よそも当たるからと言うと態度が豹変した。もうこういう個人商店のような不動産屋さんは淘汰されて行くでしょう。絶対、ここだけでなく他の大手不動産チェーンでも同じ物件は扱っているので良く探していい営業の方と交渉する事を強くお勧めします。本当に不愉快な思いをしました。 No good. The attitude changed suddenly just because it hit the other side. Real estate agents like these private shops will be weeded out. Absolutely, the same property is handled not only here but also in other major real estate chains, so it is strongly recommended to negotiate with a sales person who can look for it well. I felt really unpleasant.

I didn't even have a sense of where I was transferred to, so I searched online and asked Tomiya-san about the local 47-year-old phrase. When responding to inquiries, I was kind enough to give me a polite explanation, and at that point my anxiety flew away. R	Ruu u- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連絡をするといい全然連絡がなく、対応すると言って全然対応せず。管理費も払っているのに物件の管理が全然できていないかと思う。1度契約したらそのあとの管理はテキトー。結構ひどいです。いつまでにできるのかこちらから期限決める必要がある不動産屋ですね。このようなことはどこに相談すれば改善してくれるのか指導してくれるのか…と思う程でした。対応するというのもなんか口だけでガッカリです。 It's okay to contact me, but I didn't get in touch at all I think I haven't managed the property at all even though I have paid the management fee. Once you make a contract, the management after that is Tekito. It's pretty terrible. It's a real estate agent who needs to decide the deadline from here.
