B	Bellavista c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形県赤湯のラーメンが新発田市で食べられます。お店はとても綺麗でカフェのようです。辛味噌ラーメンに味玉トッピングで頼みました。シンプルな味噌ラーメンですが、ナルトにコーンが入っていて良いですね。チャーシュー2枚にメンマとネギ。これで¥700は安い。 (新潟は飲食の値段が東京より高いと思う) 辛味噌は別になってますので、好みの辛さに調節できるのも気が利いてますね。スープのバランスが良くサッパリ系の味噌ですがコクもあり美味しいです。辛味噌入れるとパンチの効いた味になり味変が楽しめます。麺は平打ち太縮れ麺でプルプルです。個人的にこの山形の麺は大好きです。ただ、もう少し硬めの方が好みかな？コロナ対策もキチンとされております。お店を出る時大雨で、店長さんがわざわざ車の所まで傘を差して送ってくださいました。次回は醤油ラーメンを食べてみたいと思います。再訪〜本日は醤油ラーメンを食べました。とにかくスープの出汁が効いていて　とても美味しいです。ヤバイ全部飲み干してしまいそう。醤油ラーメンにも辛子味噌を入れたいな? 店前の駐車場が停めにくいのが、ちょっと難かな？と、思ったが…どうやらお隣の空き地も駐車場のようです。 You can eat ramen from Akayu, Yamagata prefecture in Shibata city. エ	エヌエム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製中華そば大盛を頂きました。特製はチャーシュー増し海苔増し味玉プラスです。海苔は別皿で来ました。鶏の出汁が効いた、山形っぽい味ですね。テーブルには白胡椒、黒胡椒両方有りました。自分的には白胡椒をかけて食べたくなる味です。新潟にはあまり無い味でした。チャーシューも山形っぽい濃いめの味付けでした。山形まで行かずに味わえるのはいいですね。 We received a large serving of special Chinese noodles.
