It's been less than 10 years since my family took care of me. This institution has become abnormal since the last three years. My family is currently in one ward. However, even in situations where it is not convenient to pick up the family on the scheduled date. "Please come even if you use a substitute person" "If you don't have a means of transportation, please make one." And so on, it came to be compelled strangely. There is a staff member who is willing to come to pick me up even if a person is sprained and cannot even drive. There are now more and more prominent statements that make you feel like you don't want to take care of the residents, or just want to have fun or get rid of the trouble. In addition, I do not want to take care of the residents basically, so I leave the dirt on the wheelchair etc. I've heard that other facilities will do simple cleaning as far as I can tell, but apparently the staff member answered that I shouldn't do it in the first ward unless my family does it. I had been wondering for a long time, but I knew that I wouldn't clean it even if it was unsanitary. There are also staff members who are willing to exchange diapers when they have a family. Whether you don't understand what you need to do or just want to have fun, the behavior of these staff members is really strange. In addition, it has recently been decided that "write your name on each and every disposable mask". I think it's unusual for you to write on each disposable mask, even if it's clothes or underwear for changing clothes. There are still some terrible contents that cannot be word-of-mouth, but since I have been educating strange pledges with Corona as a shield, I would like to ask you to make thorough improvements and re-educate the staff. When we see a good improvement, we will correct the word of mouth appropriately.
