I often use it because there is not much bike parking in Shibuya. It's cheap. Walk to Shibuya for about 15 minutes, but think it's for your health.

It's a very convenient motorcycle parking lot! I came here for the first time on 4/10/2022, but I'm still doing it and I can stop 15 bikes! There isn't much space, so the faster rider may win. .. ..
