し	しほ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6年くらい前にこちらの建築シュミレーション会に参加をして家の建築の具体的な話そこから自分達の年収から土地代、建築代に見合った土地探しから始めましょうと土地探しが始まり。土地が決まって購入後に、浄化水槽や地盤調査、建築する上では必要な調査のお金がかかるのはあたりまえと言われ。素人の私たちが知るはずもなく建築もなんだかんだ予算が膨れ上がるといわれ挙げ句の果てには『家族からお金を借りればいいじゃないですか』と言われました。対応していただいたのは会社立ち上げてすぐだったこともあり社長直々に対応してくださいましたが社長は口だけうまい人なんだなと諦めました。その後引き継いでもらった建築デザイナーさんや大工さん達がとてもいい人だったので納得のいく家に住むことができましたがこちらの会社はおすすめできません。勉強不足だったかもしれませんがせめて先にかかるお金は本契約前にしりたかったです。あまり悪いこと書きたくなかったのですが同じような事が他の人に起こらないために書きます。大きなお買い物なので特に(^^) デザイナーさん大工さんにはとても感謝してます。 About 6 years ago at this architectural simulation meeting Participate and talk about the construction of a house.
