★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小ぶりなスィーツのなかに、旨味や複雑さが、ギューッと詰まっていて、まるで和菓子のような繊細で深い味わいがある。材料もかなり吟味されていると思う。層になっている部分は一つ一つ味わいが違っていて、食べているといろんな味覚が、頭に迫ってきます。ここと似ているのは、函館のペシェ・ミニョン。とても手が込んでいる。
The small sweets are packed with umami and complexity, and have a delicate and deep taste like Japanese sweets. I think the materials have been scrutinized. Each layered part has a different taste, and when you eat it, various tastes come to your mind. Similar to here is Peche Mignon in Hakodate. It's very elaborate.

目立った看板も見あたらない
なんでここ？って場所ですがショーケースには可愛らしく綺麗なケーキが並んでました
店舗前に食べれるオープンスペースが有りました
スイーツの事は良く解りませんが甘さ控えめで大人のケーキって感じですか
一転シュークリームはコクが凄く甘めな感じです

Why here? It's a place, but the showcase was lined with cute and beautiful cakes.
There was an open space in front of the store where you could eat
I don't know much about sweets, but the sweetness is modest and it feels like an adult cake.
The one-turn cream puffs have a very sweet feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝早いうちは品揃えがイマイチかなぁー。せめてショートケーキは出ていて欲しいと思いました。札だけあっても・・・。
味は上品なと言うか甘さ控えめで、素材の味を引き出そうというところでしょうか。
チーズの風味は皆無?焼色のついた香ばしい焦げた感じしかわからなかった。
チーズ好きな私はもっとチームの主張が欲しかったので、この評価です。
あくまでも個人の意見ですので ハマる人にはハマるのだろうと思いました。
店内には撮影禁止との表示がありましたので、はっきりした商品名わかりません。

迷ってしまいました。
チョコケーキはとても濃厚なので
チョコ好きにはたまりません。
抹茶のケーキは
お抹茶の香りが立っていて
とても柔らかく
あんことの相性もバッチリでした。
アイスコーヒーも
香り豊かで、とてもおいしかったです。
英国風の天然芝のガーデンテラスが
まったりと過ごすことが出来ました。
直ぐ近くに鉄道が通っているので
電車が好きな方にも良い場所だと思います。
