床屋で行列ができるのを初めて見ました。

お店全体も明るくてコスパもよく満足していましたが、ここ最近になってカットをするようになった背の低い女性スタッフの対応がとても悪く、カット、顔剃り、ドライヤー等々雑であり、かつ作業的な感じがとても嫌になりました。
今回だけでなく、その方には前回も切っていただきましたが、同じような感じでした…
店長含め他のスタッフの方は好印象だっただけに残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてお店の存在を知ったのは20年前くらい。当時の若いスタッフの方々がふじみ野駅周辺を朝からボランティア活動としてゴミ拾いをしていました。その直向きな汗と明るい笑顔に心を打たれずっと通ってます。散髪中のコミニュケーションもユーモアがあり私的にとても楽しめる時間です♪ 技術も素晴らしく向上してるし、安心して任せられます！スタッフの方達は東北出身者が多く、私も宮城出身、これからも日々頑張って下さい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は夕方に行きました。予約待ちが7人いました。待つこと30分。男性スタッフがとても親切な対応で気持ちよく理想通りのカットをしてくれました!子供達二人もいつも満足なカットをしてもらってます!ありがとうございます！８月から価格改定ありましたが、これからも家族でお世話になりますので宜しくお願いしますね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当たりハズレの差が酷い。化粧濃い金髪のオバサンに当たったら並び直してでも拒否ったほうがいいです。注文ガン無視でめっちゃ切られました。それも身内含め3回。
もちろん上手い店員もいる、というかそっちの方が多いので運ゲーです。
【追記】どうやら例の店員は日曜日にいるようです。日曜日に行かれる方はお気をつけください。
