★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このコロナの時期にマスクをしないドライバーが来て問い合わせたらそのドライバーは提携会社のドライバーだから…と言われマスクを持ってないドライバーはどうすればいいの？と逆に聞かれる始末。
自社のドライバーじゃなくても提携してる会社なら何かしら指導すべきでしょ？対応も悪いし謝罪も最後の最後にまあ〜申し訳ないですね〜と言った全く誠意のない話し方でした。
