★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦からアロマ製品ほかのものを買うために電車で来ますが東急ハンズが別の階２か所に分かれているためアロマ探すのに時間がかかったけどいろいろな雑貨販売しているからおもろいね‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柏付近で唯一の店舗で、２フロアに分かれているが、階は違っても、同一支払いができるので、買い回りは良いです。
また、駅前及び、柏付近は高級住宅街も多く、高齢者の来店も多いのですが、店員さんも細かな質問に懇切丁寧に応えるなど、接客は良い印象です。
ただ小型店なので、アメニティや文具は充実しているが食品やバラエティ玩具などの取り揃えは少な目です。

渋谷店で販売していたキーホルダーためにを嫌な顔ひとつせずすぐ対応してくれました。
商品は季節限定の商品だったみたいで手には入らなかったのですが、
以前利用した際も他のスタッフの方も同様に素晴らしい対応に心地よく買い物ができる場所だな、と同じ接客業をする人間として感動致しました。
