★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specialized in Hainanese chicken rice - only JPY 590 comes with soup. The taste is just like I had in Thailand. They use selected Japanese rice and chicken (moist and juicy!). This place is small for group. Mostly for 1-2 ppl eat-and-go style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The khao man gai rice is cooked subtly and perfectly with garlic oil, chicken broth, salt, and sugar. My favorite I've had (including Nong's in Portland and Rooster & Rice in SF).
Chicken was cool rather than warm, which was the only minus of the meal. Other than that, broth, chicken, and sauces (garlic, soy sauce, lemon) were all very satisfying.
Note last order is 30 minutes before closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for simple Thai cuisine. This time we tried the khao man gai and kapao rice- both quite good. The fried egg we ordered as a side dish was ok, nothing special.
Main dish comes with a clear chicken soup. I'd recommend changing the soup to tom yum for a more savoury experience.
The place is not too big, but will be spacious enough for a smaller gathering (4-6 people). There are a couple of parking spaces on the street nearby (300yen per hour)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stop by here when I am in the area. Reasonably priced khaomangai (490 yen, 590 yen, 790 yen). I always get with double meat, but this time I tried the chicken rice mix. Very nice. Comes with soup.
This is not a sit down and chat place, but eat and quickly get out... Plus side is you don’t have to wait long.
