建物は年々ご立派になるが患者対応は年々最悪になっている。特に電話対応。社会人ですよねー、電話のとり方わかりますかー。その仕事内容でよくお給料もらえますよねーやる気あるのレベル。予約相談ダイヤルで該当外の内容になってしまったら内線で保留取次せず「かけ直せ」ガチャ切り。クラスター時急遽外来休止で処方箋は発行してかかりつけ薬局にFAXしてくれたのはよいが薬局に薬を取りに行ったらまさかの10割の実費扱い。こちらは何も説明受けてません。病院に問い合わせしたら「当日に保険証が確認できなかったから」一点張り。上の人にかわってもらってもらちがあかない。差額の調整に数日要するし。 皆さん専門職ですよね。どこまでバカなんですか。

星0です 口腔外科の女性スタッフが毎回ものすごく高圧的で腹が立ちます。患者に対してほぼタメ口、常に不機嫌そうな態度、挨拶や治療中の声かけ等ももちろんありません。 よくこんな人を雇っているなと疑問でしたが、他の方の口コミを読んだところ病院全体のレベルが低く対応も悪いんですね。納得です。 まともな医療を受けたい方は選ばない方が良いと思います。

1月20日、救急外来受付に男性警備員と年配女性の計2名でしたが、年配女性の対応がダメです。 警備員の人は良かったです。 医師、看護師さん、技師さんも良かったです。 他の方のコメントにあるように、受付の対応が全体的にダメなんでしょうね。 こちらがありがとうございますと言ってもスルー。威圧的、キツイもの言い、お大事にの一言もありませんし、病院で働いている自覚がないのでしょう。 負の連鎖で、そういう対応が当たり前になり充満してしまっているので、マナー講師等を定期的に呼んでみてはどうでしょうか。 他は良かったです。改善に期待致します。

先日1週間ほど入院致しました。脳梗塞の疑惑で入院。とにかく検査の嵐でしたが、あそこまで検査して頂いたので安心感はあります。先生がお忙しいので面談は少ないですが、面談した時には検査の経過や検査した理由。今後の治療の理由など、しっかりと論理的に考えられていらっしゃって大変心強いです。 後、入院中のご飯・・・量は少ないですが普通においしいです。カロリー計算とかはされていると思うので、普段が食べ過ぎ何だろうと思います。 病室も綺麗で看護婦さんや職員さんの感じもよく快適?(具合は悪いけど)に過ごせました。 今後もかかりつけ医として通う事になるかと思いますが、不安なく通院できそうです。

全体的に対応が悪すぎる。電話も受付も先生も。予約してから行っても物凄く待つ。待ちくたびれてストレス溜まってそのまま診察キャンセル。他の病院行ったほうが絶対にいいと思った。働くみんなコロナの影響で疲れてるのか笑顔なく暗い。その暗さで病院の雰囲気がなんか暗い。星一つも勿体ない。もう2度と行かない。

I was tired of waiting and stressed and canceled the examination as it was. I thought it would definitely be better to go to another hospital. I will never go again.

I've had six previous surgeries in three different provinces in Canada. I received good care each time, but my experience at the Tokyo General Hospital is my best experience yet. I am very impressed! I was warned by numerous expats not to have back surgery in Japan but to return home. However, positive visits to this hospital starting four months ago gave me the confidence to go ahead. Dr. Numazawa, the chief nuero/spinal surgeon, and his colleague Dr. Kitagawa, met with me numerous times and explained things in detail. All the nurses without exception were professional and courteous at all times. The equipment is state of the art. I see the low reviews and wonder why. Was I treated better because I'm a foreigner from Canada? Maybe, I can't reconcile their experiences with mine. Although there is an English translator available at the main reception area, it really helps to have a basic knowledge of medical terms in Japanese and to be able to speak it.

I have NO IDEA why people are complaining so much on here. I'm seeing complaints about every department and it's just not true. I had a severe brain aneurysm/hemorrhage and was taken care of wonderfully in the ER and ICU ward for almost 2 weeks. The doctors and nurses saved my life and were extremely kind and supporting the entire way. Also I'm seeing complaints about otolaryngology. I just finished my septoplasty and the head department physician, Dr. Otsuka was an EXTREMELY cool, well educated, professional and a funny guy! He treated me so well and performed an excellent surgery upon me. One of the kindest doctors I've ever met. To sum up, people on here complaining about doctors being too forward or direct with their diagnosis are annoying complainers. My father was a surgeon and let me tell you, believe it or not, they do care about you, you're well being and your survival. So what my father told me was, if you think they are being harsh with you it's probably for your own good, or it's just you refuse to listen to them and they have no other choice but to be harsh with you. I'm sure, without a doubt, that all of the people complaining on here so strongly are just hardheaded, stubborn people who don't like taking real advice or opinions from the many talented medical professionals at this hospital. I'd recommend this institution anytime and to anyone. Top notch.
