★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cruise was affordable at 700 JPY for each adult but the boat move super slow. The cruise overall is very boring as all you see is apartment buildings & bridges. I think you will get more value doing a tour bus with open roof top like hop on & hop off bus. Would not this cruise again & not recommended it. It is way too overrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cruise is taking place at a boat that looks like it came from the future or a submrine. The cruise itself doesn't have beautiful landscape. At the end of the cruise there is a bridge that looks like the one in San Francisco, which is beautiful. Not sure if the cruise itself was worth the payment but its a nice way to get to Odaiba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I f you like James Bond, you’ll like the Himiko boats: Futuristic styling and lots of space. However, careful with booking trips - the normal price is one way and you might get stranded fir a while. Also at 1720 JPY one way for a 25 minute ride to Odaiba seaside park without major sights along the way is rather pricey...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumida River Cruise, dock Hotaluna cruise ship for Odaiba. Nice scene on ship deck around city of Tokyo and Rainbow Bridge. if you at clear weather enjoy the fresh air. Worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to take the evening cruise for a change of view, but I don't recommend it despite the nice entertainment (singing) on board...really nice guide dressed in traditional clothing. You can ask to have a picture with or without her. You ll get more out of a day cruise. The reason I don't recommend it is that there is a great amount of space between the closest seat and the edge of the boat...hence it is very difficult to watch outside or take photos even if you try to stick your head out...probably for security reasons.
Being someone who cannot swim, I was a bit uneasy when I did not see life jackets readily placed near the seats.
However, there is one advantage of taking the boat cruise after 6pm...you embark n disembark at the same pier, not like the daytime departures.
For some reason, the ride didn't seem long at all and the boat stopped often and was making a few U turns. The diesel smell of the boat can easily cause seasickness during its frequent idling .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a 35 minute cruise from Asakusa pier to Hamarikyu Gardens pier. The highlight would be Hamarikyu Gardens at the end of the trip. Views were alright depending on which side of the boat you are seated on. Need to be in the line early it you want outdoor seating and it is not raining. Admission to the park is part of the cruise price and is around 9USD per person.
