職員は縁故採用が多いのか、なかには使えずあぐらをかいているものも多いのが残念。
一流の演奏家がでているのに、その学生生活をサポートすべき職員も精鋭であってほしい。
The faculty, lessons and graduates are very active.
It is a pity that many of the staff are hired because of their ties, and many of them cannot be used and are cross-legged.
Even though there are top performers, I want the staff who should support their student life to be elite.

同じ音大の国立音楽大学とは雰囲気が違って驚きました。
The campus was so beautiful that I doubted it was really a university.
