ただ実際に展示場として使っているのは見たことがなく、コミケのコスプレエリアや関係車輌の待機所として使われているようです。
たまに臨時駐車場として営業していることもありますが、公式HPに載っていないほどレアなケースのようです。
トイレ、喫煙所あり。
ちなみに南展示棟4F（南3・4ホール）方面へここを通って行くことができます。
 This is the rooftop exhibition hall on the floor of West Exhibition Hall 4F and West Halls 3 and 4.
However, I have never seen it actually used as an exhibition hall, and it seems to be used as a Comiket cosplay area and a waiting area for related vehicles.
Sometimes it is open as a temporary parking lot, but it seems to be a rare case that is not listed on the official website.
There are toilet and smoking area.
By the way, you can go here to the south exhibition building 4F (South 3/4 Hall) direction.
