マ	マメ次朗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・技術は普通にあると思います（+4）・電話応対、接客は普通だが、全てのレスポンスが遅い（-0.5）・受付対応、事務対応は○。ただ現場の人か管理者かわかりませんが、常に上からの喋り、舌打ち、『お客さまのおっしゃる通りです』と言いつつ現状を変えない相手を小馬鹿にした様な言い方（-1）・会社全体なのか、個人なのかは不明だかモラルが中学生レベル（-1）・アフター対応最低（-1）建てることに関しては大丈夫かと。ただし、色々不具合が出て来る5年10年経った際のアフターは糞です。なにもしてくれません。そして、その際に初めてその部分の部品カタログなどもらってないと気付きます。外部メンテナスに頼もうにも品番分からず現地で初めて業者に確認してもらいます。見直すと足りない書類など多く見つかります。家を建てることなど、人生で何回もあるわけでは無いので、当たり前のように言われてもこちらは何もわかりません。なので、どこで誤魔化され、適当にされても分からないのが現実です。それぞれみなさんご意見があると思いますが、私は東京組さんで建てたことは後悔しています。・ I think the technology is normal (+4) ・ Telephone response and customer service are normal, but all responses are slow (-0.5) ・ Reception and office work are ○. Building a house doesn't happen many times in my life, so even if it's taken for granted, I don't know anything about it. So, the reality is that you don't know where it is deceived and made appropriate. I think everyone has their opinions, but I regret building it with Tokyogumi.
