R	RK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅購入から20年以上が経ち、お風呂（ユニット交換）、トイレ（ユニット交換、壁改修）、洗面所（ユニット交換、壁改修）を実施しました。この大改修に当たり悩んだのが、改修業者と製品の選定です。改修業者選定はインターネットで調べると"3社ぐらい比較"とあり、我が家も3社に相見積もりを依頼しました。 3社の見積額は、大物の製品では変わらないのですが、それ以外（工事費、壁改修など）はかなり大きな差が出て来ました。見積もりや製品紹介を通して、最終的には見積額/お客への寄添い度/提案力などが良かったモアリビング緑店（桶庄）に決めました。製品は我が家の意向もしっかり考慮して頂き、タカラスタンダードとTOTO製品を中心に改修（概ね2〜3週間）しました。メインの製品では無いのですが、想定外に良かったのは担当者から提案頂いた"高千穂シラス塗り壁"と"浴槽用ファインバブル"です。塗り壁は匂いを吸収するため、いつもフレッシュな空気になっています。また、ファインバブルは皮脂落ちが良く、加齢臭が減ったと家内に言われます。やはり、お客への寄添いの良い（親身になって対応してくたれる）改修業者を選んで正解でした。 More than 20 years have passed since I bought my house, and I have implemented a bath (unit replacement), a toilet (unit replacement, wall repair), and a washroom (unit replacement, wall repair). g	g m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬を前に台所の湯沸し器が故障しました。風呂の給湯器についても２５年以上使用していたのでパネルの表示部は表示されず、モーター音がうるさくなっていましたので思い切って交換することにしました。あたり前のことですがこんなことはめったにしないので相場などがわからないので数件調べました。ガス会社の専門店の意見も聞いてみたかったので冷やかし半分で聞きました。地域供給ガス会社の関係会社なので価格が高いかと思ったのですが思ったより高くなくて逆に驚きました。（たぶん同業他社がいろいろあるのでいわゆる殿様商売ではないようです）工事等わからないことをいろいろ聞きましたがそれらを説明してくれて我が家に合った提案をしてくれました。最近のガス器具等の事情、機能などを丁寧に説明してくれたので、私もその中から選択できましたもちろんこの時期(２０２１年）感染対策と商品の入荷が困難な中、工事の進め方についてもその都度連絡してくれて親切丁寧でした。もちろん工事中にも邪魔にならない程度にいろいろ聞きました。実際に工事を行う中で見積もりの部品が一部不要だったのでその分は正直に申し出てくれて値引きもしてくれました。担当者によるところがあるのかもしれませんが担当してくれたT.A.さんにはお世話になりました。長く使うものですから信頼のおける業者さんの方が安心ですね。 The water heater in the kitchen broke down before winter.
