但し、車所有者には難有り。
付近の工場に駐車場を貸しているため駐車場の空きは常に無し。管理会社は嘘つきなのでそれを否定するが夜間は駐車場ガラガラ。
(夕方に工場勤務帰りの方が良く車を出しているし、車工場の仮置き場にもなっている)
新たに入居するには遠方の駐車場を探すか割高な他の駐車場を借りる必要があり。
駐車場の空き予約は出来ないと管理会社にあっさり断られます。
バスは無いに等しく駅は徒歩で結構遠いので車が無いと不便な立地なのに、、、
あと、閑静な住宅街なんてとんでもない。付近は小さな工場が点在しています。また裏の倉庫では車工場で車の改造を行なっているため時々エンジンの空吹かしの爆音が響き渡りますし、上空は伊丹空港の着陸ルートでジェット機が頻繁に通りますので騒音に寛大な方なら大丈夫です。
