★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで生産している房総ポークは、一般の流通経路では販売していないレアな豚肉です。他の豚肉と違い、濃厚で甘味のある脂身と柔らかさが最高です！しゃぶしゃぶで食べると、その美味しさにはカルチャーショックをうけます！しゃぶしゃぶしていて、その出汁にアクが一切出ません。なのでシメはその出汁にご飯を入れて、雑炊でいただきます。最高です！
The Boso pork produced here is rare pork that is not sold through general distribution channels. Unlike other pork, the rich and sweet fat and tenderness are the best! When you eat it with shabu-shabu, you will be shocked by its deliciousness! I'm shabu-shabu and I don't get any lye in the soup stock. So, for the shime, add rice to the soup stock and cook it as a porridge. it's the best!
