★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり以前に職員募集で応募し、面接に行ったのですが、一週間前後で合否の連絡を下さると言われましたが、一週間経とうが二週間経とうが何の連絡もありませんでした。まあ連絡がないという事は、不採用という事なんでしょうが、一週間前後に連絡をすると言ったのだから採用でも不採用でも電話なり、手紙なりできちんと約束は守るべきだと思います。面接時に採用の時は連絡し、不採用の時は連絡しませんとも言われてません。
面接を受ける方は、真剣勝負なんですから。
ここの施設だけそうなのか？他の同じ系列の施設もそうなのか？わかりませんが、
きちんと常識ある行動を取って欲しかったです。

Well, if you don't get in touch, it means that you aren't hired, but since you said that you'll be in touch about a week or so, I think you should keep your promise by calling or writing a letter. It is not said that we will contact you when you are hired during the interview and will not contact you when you are not hired.
