気になるところは、カレーうどんの汁がほぼカレーかと思うぐらいドロドロで、麺に一番必要なコシが弱く、もちもちした感じでした。
これはこれで美味しかったです。お肉もしょうゆで甘辛くなっておりよかったです。また利用させていただきます^^

いただいたのは
「牛スジカレーうどん定食：\800（税込）」
で、うどんに加えご飯と卵が付いてきます。
味は言うまでもなく、もう「得正」のカレーの味！
めっちゃ辛い or スパイシーなわけではないけど、終盤には結構汗だくになる特徴的なルーです。
締めに、残ったお汁をちびちびとご飯にかけて、卵を絡めて食べるのがまたよろしいかと。

ランチのセットもありますが、カツカレーうどんの単品をオーダーしました。
オーダーが入ってから、手仕込みとんかつを揚げ始めてくれました。
こちらのカレーうどん、カレーは比較的濃厚な感じで、味は甘めです?
うどんは、コシがメチャ強い讃岐の剛麺ではありませんが、柔らかい大阪うどんとも違います。
モチモチ粘る感じが特徴的な麺ですね。
これはこれでアリです。

今日はメンチカツカレーうどんを注文。
メンチカツとルーがうまく絡み合いほんとに美味しいです。
