①1週間以内に社長から連絡します→なし 催促
②現地確認後11月には見積もりあげます→なし 催促
③複数の見積もりを作ってまして11/30には揃いますので…→いまだ見積もり連絡なし。
結局3ヶ月経っても見積もりすら上がらずこの会社は大丈夫か？という感じです。自分が提案した納期は守るものだし、守れないなら連絡くらいしてほしいものです。忙しいのかもしれませんが、客側からしたら知らないよって話です。
ドロワー側に電話かけても私は伝えたんですけどね的なスタンスで、話にならない。店はおしゃれだが残念だ。
I asked Chuo Zouen to repair the garden via this shop, but there were three delivery violations.
① The president will contact you within a week → None Reminder
② We will give you an estimate in November after confirming the site → None Reminder
③ I made multiple quotations and they will be available on November 30th ... → I haven't contacted the quotations yet.
After all, even after 3 months, I couldn't even get an estimate, is this company okay? It's like that. I will keep the delivery date I proposed, and if I can not keep it, I would like you to contact me. It may be busy, but the customer doesn't know it.
I told him when I called the drawer side, but it was a stance that I couldn't talk about. The store is fashionable but unfortunate.
