★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富津市金谷の「ザ⋅フィッシュ」の中にあるバームクーヘン専門店「見波亭」を立ち上げたパティシエが2014年11月にオープンさせたお店でカフェもあります！ 卵や牛乳など君津で手に入れた素材を生かすために添加物をなるべく省いて作っているそう。君津インターから１０分くらいでした。
Patissier, which opened the Bamkuchen specialty store "Minatei" in "The Fish" in Kanaya, Futtsu city, opened in November 2014 and also has a cafe! It seems that additives are omitted as much as possible in order to make good use of the ingredients obtained in Kimitsu such as eggs and milk. It was about 10 minutes from Kimitsu Interchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口当たりが良く、柔らかなバウムクーヘンを絶妙な加減で温めた、ホットバウムクーヘンがイートインスペースで食べることが出来ます。セットの飲み物はバウムクーヘンに合う豆で、雑味のないスッキリとした珈琲がおすすめです。
手土産に使えそうなかわいい系のラッピングのものや、贈答用としても良いですね
。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 君津のバウムクーヘン屋さんです。カフェもありますがコロナの影響で自粛中です。バウムクーヘンの他、クッキーシューやアップルパイなんかもあります。
This is the Baumkuchen shop in Kimitsu. There is also a cafe, but I am refraining from doing so due to the influence of Corona. Besides Baumkuchen, there are also cookie shoes and apple pies.

スタッフさんの接客対応も親切丁寧で好感が持てます〜お店の辺りまで来ると、甘く良い香りが漂い足を誘われます。
2018年秋〜年内いっぱい店内カフェがお休みです……なお、店舗の営業時間も今迄の19時から〜18時まで閉店に変更に成っていますのでご注意ください。
It's a delicious Baumkuchen with a very soft taste! ️
The staff are kind and polite, and I like it ~ When you come to the shop, you will be invited to a sweet and nice scent.
The in-store cafe will be closed from autumn 2018 to the end of the year ... Please note that the store's business hours have been changed from 19:00 to 18:00.

It's a little expensive to buy for home use, but it's delicious and I often use it for gifts. If you have a large number of items, we recommend you to make a reservation in advance. I was able to use paypay.

クリームブリュレ×バウム
中身にチョコレートクリームやホイップクリームが入っていたりとケーキ×バウムクーヘンの異色なマッチングが楽しめる。そして面白美味しいって感じ。
アイスバウムもチーズケーキ感がしっかり残っていて、アイスでひんやり、バウムでふんわりと色んな発見があった。
バウムクーヘン好きにはたまらないお店かも。

Cheese cake ice baum 200 yen
Cream Brulee × Baum
Chocolate cream and whipped cream are included in the contents and you can enjoy unusual matching of cake × baumkuchen. And it feels funny and delicious.
The ice cream also had a firm cheesecake feeling, and it was chilled with ice and there were various soft discoveries in the baum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 君津ガトーピレネーが美味しいです。オレンジの風味が何とも美味しい。すず木マイスタークーヘンは卵感たっぷり。どちらもしつこくないです。
Kimitsu Gateau Pyrenees is delicious. The orange flavor is really delicious. Suzuki Meister Kuchen has a lot of egg feeling. Neither is persistent.
