特に上生菓子が良かったです。
餡の風味と滑らかな舌触りが感じられ程良い甘味が素材の良さとマッチしてます。
また、見た目も繊細に表現され、季節感を感じます！
みたらし団子に関してはボリュームがありましたが団子のコシや滑らかさが無く、みたらしの風味も感じられませんでした。また食品添加物に頼り過ぎで素材の良さが台無しな印象でした。
これで300円の価値は程遠いです！
鈴型の最中も甘味がしつこく後味が台無しでした。

ただ、駐車場が無いので少し不便です。
種類も多く、見た目も美しく、季節ごとの上生菓子は受注生産でハロウィンデザインの物もあるようです。
甘み抑え目の上品な味わいはリピ確定ですv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抹茶のお供に必要な練り切りが美味しい和菓子屋さん。上生菓子がおすすめです。生前母が抹茶を嗜んでいたのですが、本八幡にあった和菓子屋さんに近い味。餡が甘過ぎず抹茶の味を邪魔しません。
時期によって限定の菓子も楽しめます。駅近なので駐車場がなくても電車で訪れやすい立地。
ここの栗蒸し羊羹が妻の大好物になりました。
A Japanese sweets shop with delicious Neri-kiri that is necessary to accompany matcha. High-quality sweets are recommended. My mother used to like matcha before she was alive, but the taste is similar to that of a Japanese sweets shop in Motoyawata. The bean paste is not too sweet and does not interfere with the taste of matcha.
You can also enjoy limited sweets depending on the season. The location is close to the station, so it's easy to reach by train even if you don't have a parking lot.
The chestnut-steamed yokan here has become my wife's favorite.
