★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日他界した母のケアマネージャーとして大変お世話になりました。６年前、母がくも膜下出血で倒れた後遺症で要介護５になり在宅介護を決意した際、右も左も分からない父や私に色々と教えて下さり本当に感謝しております。父が将来的に介護が必要になりましたら、是非再度お願いしたいです。
 Thank you very much as a care manager of my mother who passed away the other day. Six years ago, when I decided to be in care 5 because of the sequelae of my mother who fell down with subarachnoid hemorrhage and decided on home care, I am really grateful to tell my father and me who do not know right or left in various ways. If my father needs care in the future, I would like to ask again.
