結	結月ゆかお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口の方が処方薬について勘違いするトラブルがありましたそれは交換と差額返金に応じてもらえたので良かったのですが…… 解決してから数日後に、いきなり薬局の方から電話がかかってきて、「あなたの間違いを訂正したい」という主張を始めました内容は支離滅裂で、なぜそんな電話をかけてきたのか経緯や目的も謎で、普通に迷惑でしたあと、些細なことですが、アプリを使っていると、たまにモヤっとします・アプリで処方箋を送信しておけば「待ち時間なくスムーズに」受け取れるという張り紙があるが、実際は10分以上待たされる・「前回渡した薬がアプリに登録されていなかったので、ちゃんと毎回登録してください」と注意されたが、アプリを見ると前回の薬も登録されており、窓口の方の勘違いだったと確認するのに5分かかる・アプリのお薬手帳が、サンドラッグ以外の医療機関で通用しない（いまのところ、どこの病院でも「お薬手帳を持っていない人」として対応された）一番最後の件は少し問題なので、アプリのお薬手帳はまだ使わない方が良いかも知れません There was a problem that the counter misunderstood about prescription drugs I'm glad that I was able to exchange and refund the difference ... Also, it's a trivial matter, but when I'm using the app, I sometimes get sick. ・ There is a poster saying that if you send a prescription with the app, you can receive it "smoothly without waiting time", but in reality you have to wait for 10 minutes or more. ・ I was warned that "the medicine I gave last time was not registered in the app, so please register it properly every time", but when I looked at the app, it was confirmed that the previous medicine was also registered and it was a misunderstanding of the person in charge. Takes 5 minutes to do ・ The app's medicine notebook does not work at medical institutions other than Sundrug (for now, it was handled as "a person who does not have a medicine notebook" at any hospital). The last one is a bit of a problem, so you might not want to use the app's medication notebook yet.
