数年前も給湯の関係の修理を頼んだが、お湯が出ず、連絡したら『明日また行きますから明日までお風呂とか我慢してください』と言われた。
いい加減で非常識。
It was said that the scheduled visit time was not decided on the repair request date and we will contact you later, but even on the repair date day, the scheduled visit time did not come.
A few years ago I asked for repairs related to hot water supply, but there was no hot water. When I contacted me, I was told, "I will go again tomorrow, so please be patient with a bath until tomorrow."
Poor and insane.
