 It's a small store, but it's surprising. Of course, some are not, but if you ask a question, they will answer anything. Correspondence is polite, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり古いお店ではありますが品数は凄い!!量販店にはない気さくな会話お楽しみながら購入出来て説明もしっかりしてくれ安心です。商品の知識はピカイチ。
It's a fairly old store, but the number of items is amazing! You can enjoy purchasing while enjoying a friendly conversation that is not available at mass retailers. The knowledge of the product is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに古い昔ながらの金物屋さん！しかしながら接客がとても丁寧だし説明もわかりやすい。量販店のような説明も適当・売って終わり・とは違う昭和商売人の良さです。
Certainly an old fashioned hardware store! However, customer service is very polite and easy to understand. It is the goodness of the Showa merchant who is different from the end of sales that the explanation such as a mass retailer is appropriate.
