★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北浦和周辺の常盤に残る「良心」。ここの味で育った地元の方々も多いはず。定番のあんこ団子やみたらし団子の柔らかさ。あんこのさっぱりしつつも、優しい味わい。季節の柏餅や桜餅も見かけたら是非購入を勧めたい。そして、お稲荷さんとかんぴょう巻。味、煮付けに辛さやくどさもなく、何年食べ続けても飽きが来ない。紅しょうがを付けて貰って堪能して欲しい。店頭に品が出て無くても、隣が厨房なので、確認の上、材料があれば直ぐに作って用意してくれる気づかいも有り難い。
