Depois de alguns dias o banheiro, pia do banheiro e pia da cozinha e o armário onde guardamos suprimentos estavam fedendo esgoto, depois de abrir tudo e olhar descobri o porque estava fedendo. Reforma muito mal feita, os encanamentos não foram vedados, colocaram fita adesiva. Muita incompetência dos responsáveis pela reforma. Além de morar do lado do trilho de trem que passa mais trem de madrugada do que de dia ainda temos que viver dentro de um esgoto. Se alguém pretende se mudar pra cá não recomendo. Já ligamos para imobiliária 3 vezes e até agora nada de resolver o problema. Pagamos todas as taxas e luva para entrar. Tirei uma foto do encanamento de baixo da pia da cozinha. Não vou publicar o nome da imobiliária porque é crime mas posso fazer o marketing boca a boca. Grato! I rented a completely renovated apartment, but I had some surprises.
