北常盤駅には、八幡宮のしめ縄が展示されています。
 Details are unknown, but there is Tokiwa Hachimangu Shrine nearby, so it seems to have something to do with it. It is along the road, but I think most people pass by unnoticed at night.
At Kita-Tokiwa Station, the shime rope of Hachimangu is displayed.
