However, when I came to an authentic Chinese restaurant, I wanted to eat fried rice, so I ordered shrimp fried rice first. It came with soup and Zha cai. Both soup and Zha cai taste good. There is a shrimp on top of the fried rice. First one shrimp. Yeah !!!! It's crisp and crunchy. When chewed with teeth, it has good elasticity, and when chewed completely, the flavor of shrimp spreads. The fried rice itself is also delicious. Not too salty and has a good taste of salted plums. It's delicious because it's paralyzed. Shark fin soba 2100 yen !! Oh ... it's a shark fin ... Shark fin sitting on the noodles with Dane. Other ingredients are bok choy and green onions. The green of bok choy shines. First, take a bite of soup. Oh ... this is delicious from the base soup. It is light and has no habit, but the taste is solid. And a taste that you won't get tired of. If this is a normal ramen soup, I have to come back to eat ramen at a later date. The noodles are orthodox Chinese noodles with gentle waves. Yeah, it's simply delicious ramen. Shark fins have a crunchy texture like vermicelli, and they are not very thankful. Shark fin is a nutritious food with protein, minerals, calcium, and chondroitin, and it is delicious from that point of view. I enjoyed both dishes deliciously.
