★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外出時ちょっとした愛車のトラブルで訪問。他県者にもとても親切に対応してくれます。商談、待合スペースは広く、感染対策として安心出来ます。フリードリンクも良い。
When I went out, I visited because of a slight trouble with my car. They are very kind to people from other prefectures. There is a large space for business negotiations and waiting, so you can rest assured as an infection countermeasure. Free drinks are also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずいぶん昔の話になりますが、他県で購入したクルマを持ち込んでオイル交換とエレメント交換を頼んだところ
「エレメントはまだ綺麗なので使えますけれど？」と確認してくれたことが軽い衝撃でした。黙って交換して料金請求してもわからないのに誠実な対応だなと。
信頼に値するお店だと思ったので後年、新車に買い換え、パックdeメンテに入り、以後、メンテナンスをお任せしています。クルマの状態を管理してリセールバリューを高留まりさせ、ブランドイメージと価値を高めるというマツダの戦略と第六世代商品のKE型CX-5からの業績盛り返しは良かったと思います。カーボンニュートラルと電動化の荒波にさらされて苦しい近況かと思いますが、ここをこらえて再度の盛り返しを期待しています。
最近は消毒アルコールと検温機、各テーブルに透明衝立を完備し、ドリンクサービスもチャージフリーの自販機に変更され、コロナ対策バッチリのサービス体制だと思います。
ドライビングプレジャーと費用対効果の高い商品(安すぎるのではないかというプレミアム感のある装備、デザイン)と、ディーラースタッフのサービスが揃っているこちらのお店を利用し続けたいと思っています。

I would like to continue to use this shop, which has driving pleasure, cost-effective products (premium equipment and design that may be too cheap), and the services of dealer staff.
