一度検討で帰りましたが引き返し購入しました。
手間をとらせたのに快く対応してもらえてありがたかった。
残念に感じたのは奥に従業員がいるのに挨拶すらなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が枕に悩んでいたのでテレビを見て来店しましたがテレビに出ていた男性にオーダー枕を作って頂きましたが自論ばかりで母の話を聞かないあげく気に入らなかったら返品したらいいと返品させられたと後日聞きました。紹介したのに残念です。もう利用しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでマットレスを購入しました。布団選びに一度失敗していたことと、Googleの評価があまりに高いので正直店員さんの対応にはあまり期待しておらず、逆にどんな店なのかと疑っていましたが、こちらで購入して良かったです。
骨格や体格なども見て体に合う布団をお勧めしてもらえます。私の時は試しに寝かせていただくこともできました。それでもマットレス自体初めてで、値段も安くはないため悩みましたが、マットレスがすごく体にフィットしており、肩こりなども解消されて今は前より快適に眠れています。
購入したのは確か休日でしたが、ご主人がその日のうちにトラックで配送してくださいました。購入時にお願いすれば不要な布団も回収してくださるようです。
とても感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

枕も使ってからの方が肩がはる。
友人は別の従業員に作ってもらい不調になりにくいアドバイスまでもらえたらしい。
テレビも見たので1人だけしか作る方がおってないのかと思いこみ失敗した。
