★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的、素人の方が多く、社員さんは入れ替わりが激しい感じです。社員の入れ替わりが多いのは、長年やってる上司や社長に問題がある気がしました。営業さんは、口が上手いですが、現場監督さんも、よく分かってなく職人さん任せでは、本当に良い住宅は望めませんね。CMでは、凄そうですがね。ほんと残念です。
Basically, there are many amateurs, and the employees seem to change rapidly. I felt that there was a problem with my boss and president who have been doing this for many years because of the frequent turnover of employees. The sales person is good at speaking, but the site director doesn't understand well, and if you leave it to the craftsmen, you can't expect a really good house. It looks amazing in commercials. I'm really sorry.
