さ	さくら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラオケに不意に行きたくなったんですが、出先で財布を忘れてて、携帯決済が出来るかどうか電話で聞いた際に、財布がないので会員カードや身分証もない事を伝えた上で大丈夫と言われて行ったが、実際は身分証がないと無理と言われ、電話でその話をして来たと言ったけど、若い店員さんはちゃんと話聞くわけでもなく目線はこちらでしたが何か作業しながら無理なんです、すいませんのみ。電話を取った方が少し年配の方だったので、あー、間違えちゃったんだなと思いましたが、せめてもう少し話を聞くとか謝り方ありません？あくまでもこちらはちゃんと聞いて行ってるのに。まぁ、入れないし、態度にも腹が立ったのでもういいです︎︎︎︎︎。と出ましたが、間違いは仕方ないですが他の方も書かれてる様にもう少し接客対応どうにかした方がいいと思います。私も接客業してるのでとても気になりました。あと、謝る時はすいませんではなく、申し訳ありませんとか申し訳ございませんです。 I suddenly wanted to go to karaoke, but when I forgot my wallet on the go and asked if I could make a mobile payment by phone, it was okay to tell me that I didn't have a wallet and I didn't have a membership card or ID card.
