★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 義理の母が入所しています。スタッフの皆さん、対応が素晴らしいです。昼間は部屋にいると寝てしまうので、フリースペースでテレビを見たり皆さんのんびりされている様です。施設内が広々としていて、特にお風呂が広いです。

施設内は清潔感が無く、スタッフの活気はありません。暗い雰囲気です。入居者は常に見やすい場所に出しておきたいのか、一日中車椅子に座らされ廊下に出されている様子。座り疲れて俯いている方もいらっしゃいます。
行くたびに床には食べかすが落ちており、祖母が着用していた服も基本的にどこか汚れています。おしっこ臭が酷かった為確認したところズボンが濡れており、スタッフにオムツや衣類の確認をしてもらいました。オムツを交換した後、濡れていないと言ってそのままお部屋に帰されましたが、明らかに濡れた後乾いた臭さだったので家族で体を拭いて着替えさせました。
ある日は布団が湿っていたので見ると濡れたお尻拭きがベッドの上に放置されていたり、変えようとしたオムツが広げて置かれていたり、正直意味がわかりませんでした。施設を移る日にも、着ていた衣服は汚れており異臭が…車椅子から立たせた際に案の定お尻は濡れており、車椅子の座面のクッションは酷く汚れ、食べかすまで付いている始末…嫌がらせでしょうか？
もう二度とお預けできませんし、私も入りたいと思いませんでした。

One day or have been left wipe ass and wet look because it was damp futon on top of the bed, or have been laid out is a diaper that was about to change, did not know the honest meaning. On the day moving the facilities, wearing offensive smell and the dirty had clothes ... and the wet Sure enough ass when standing from a wheelchair, the cushion of the seat surface of the wheelchair is dirty badly, settlement ... harassment that is attached to the food particles Is not it?
