私がラフな装いで伺ったのが悪いかもしれませんが、親近感を出したかったのか接客についた瞬間からあまりにフランク過ぎる口調で不快に感じました。（そうよね。〜よね）
私も同じ接客業をしており、厳しいご意見かもしれませんが、扱われている商品のクオリティもあり、意外過ぎてというのが正直な感想です。
扱われている商品は地物の製品が多く素晴らしいだけに、非常に残念です。
