普通車や車検付きのバイクを管轄している。
秋田北インターからも、確か2回曲がれば着く。
13号線岩手方面からラウンドワンを過ぎて次の交差点を秋田市内方面に曲がってガリバーの交差点を左折、2回曲がれば着く感じ!
場内は広くは無いけど、いつも混んでる感じもなく積載車等でもスイスイ通れる。
出入口同じなので陸送車クラスの大きめは狭く感じそう…
自動車会館、振興会が道路向かいなので少ししたら離れてる。
余談だが、支局の自販機ががメチャ安い(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の声が小さくて何をしゃべっているのかわからず苦労しました。また横にいたおじさんが、じろじろ見ているので気持ち悪いです。暇そうな人が多くて、無駄に人員多すぎではないか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 輸送局に用事があり1階で場所を聞こうとした。一番近場におじさん2人が話をしていたところに「すいません」と声をかけたが無反応で話を続ける。周りの人もほぼいなく2メートルも離れていなく乗り出すように話しかけたのに見えていない、聞こえないはあり得ない。もう一度「すいません」と声をかけたがまだ2人で話してて対応する気がないような態度。頭にきたが本題から入ってみた。「輸送局どこですか?」初めて反応が返ってきたが目も合わせず「2階です」と一言言うとまた話を始めた。自分のほうが立場が上だとでも思っているのかね?

受付で、利用者がバラけて混雑していなかったが、なかなか呼ばれず。呼ばれた際、何回か名前を呼んだと言っていたが、その時は二人で行っているのにどちらも気付かず。声小さすぎなんじゃないの?若しくはユーザー車検は後回しか。
職員、暇なのか談笑していた。職員数多すぎなんじゃないの?
向かいの自動車会議所で自賠責保険申し込みすることになっているが、出来上がりが他の利用者が全くいないわりには遅すぎる。ユーザー車検だからか?
昼休み前や夕方など、検査の受付時間終了が迫っている時は、車検終わったあとに自賠責保険申し込みした方が良い。それと、透明なチャック付の保険証入れが新しい保険証とともに渡されるはずだが、渡されず裸のまま渡された。嫌味か?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話はとっても丁寧に対応していただけましたが、窓口は光ってるランプのところに行けばこちらですと違うところ案内され、用紙を貰い書き方に迷った時に聞く人もいない。それならば最初に変更の内容を聞いてもう少し丁寧に書き方を教えて欲しいものです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローンの支払いが終わり、所有者移転登録の手続きで利用しました。初めてでしたが、職員の方に初めて手続きしに来たと伝えると、丁寧に手続きの説明を教えて貰い、10分位で新しい車検証に無事更新出来ました。
