 Libraries available to students except those enrolled. After the renovation, it has become quite beautiful, including the book and the desk, but the room is one now. Although it is cycling, it could be difficult to climb around the city.

Tohoku University is a tap university in Japan, but the computer in the library is so slow that it takes a lot of time to print just a few sheets of paper. In my experience it takes about 20-30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部外者の利用もできて、綺麗で良い。駐車場から少し遠いのが難点。
図書館前に路駐している車も多いが、意外と校内の道路は交通量があり、ちょっと迷惑になる。
It can be used by outsiders and is beautiful. The disadvantage is that it is a little far from the parking lot.
Many cars are parked in front of the library, but surprisingly there is a lot of traffic on the roads inside the school, which makes it a little annoying.

広くて静かで便利です。
勉強熱心な学生さんたちが土日もレポート作ってます。
東北大学の学生や職員でなくても利用できます。
It is open until 22:00 at night.
Large, quiet and convenient.
Students who are eager to study also make reports on weekends.
Even students and staff of Tohoku University can use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口は、国際センター駅からの通りを左折して入った右側にあります。一般利用も可。
建物内は机もとてもたくさん用意されていますが、試験期間になると一般の方は入館制限がかかります（ホームページ参照）。※入ってすぐ、ゲート左前方には、東北唯一のシアトルズベストコーヒーもあり、こちらは一般の人でもいつでも利用可能です。
Wi-Fiは学内関係者にしか開かれていないため、残念ですが利用できません。
市民の方に全般的にウェルカムという空気ではありませんが、週末は、14:00まで道路を挟んだ生協の学食も営業していますし、図書館内に軽食の自動販売機もあるので、食事も困りません。長時間勉強したい方にはいい環境です。
The entrance is on the right side after turning left on the street from International Center Station. General use is also possible.
There are a lot of desks in the building, but during the examination period, the general public will be restricted from entering the building (see homepage). * Immediately after entering, there is Seattle's Best Coffee, the only one in Tohoku, on the left front of the gate, which can be used by the general public at any time.
Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not available as it is open only to those involved on campus.
It's not a welcome atmosphere for the citizens in general, but on weekends, the co-op school cafeteria across the road is open until 14:00, and there is a vending machine for light meals in the library, so you can eat as well. I'm not in trouble. It is a good environment for those who want to study for a long time.
