金の請求はガンガンするのに金の払い戻しは本当にルーズ。何回か聞いてもその都度担当が変わり、言うことも違う。そして言ってることも嘘だし。なんでそーなるんですかね
難しい事じゃないでしょ
そちらではめんどくさい客とか思われてるのかもしれないけど自分たちの対応の仕方を見直してから考えて欲しいですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口に利用者いるのに奥の方で大笑い。初めての体験です。凄く不愉快でした。そしてとにかく対応が暗い。何を聞いても自信がないのかもう1人の職員に聞いたり調べたり……書類できたら電話しますね。って一向に電話きませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/7(土)の午後に初めて、小川原湖公園キャンプ場を利用した。女性の管理人室から、トイレとトイレの間にテントを張るように言われたので、そして、トイレのギリギリ(確実にトイレとトイレの間)の芝生にテントを設営した。
60代くらいの男が、、大きいトラクターのような乗り物でテントの近くまで来て、トラクターの大きい音がしてテントを壊されるのではないかと怖かった。
「なんでこんなところに、たてるんだ。管理人室のあのおばちゃんに聞いただろう、トイレより北側にたてろって。芝生に立てるな。」
(トイレよりギリギリ北側にたてており、芝生に立てるなとは言われていない)
最後に、「バーベキューとかするんじゃねえぞ」と捨て台詞して立ち去り、強い恐怖を感じでその日は眠れなかった。
強い恐怖感を感じて直ぐに、テントを移動した。言葉使いが、公共の施設の職員の言葉か。
初めての利用で、要領がわからないのに、高圧的に脅しをかけるのではなく普通にテントの移動を依頼すれば良いのでは
このように、反社会的なやり方が東北町のやり方か
とにかく、強い恐怖を感じたこと、バーベキューを楽しみにしてきたのに、バーベキューをする自由を奪われ、尚且つ恫喝された。
自然を楽しみに来たのに、それどころでなくなった。
この事を役場に連絡したが、二週間以上たっても、何も連絡なし。
これが、東北町のやり方か。
反社会的勢力と変わりなく、もう二度と行きたくない。
