u	umi su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは基本的に自転車を預ける修理。パンクでもなんでも、当日には受け取れません。ここでロードの初心者用を購入し、1ヶ月くらい経って「メンテして貰えますか？」と相談したら「壊れてから来い」と言われました。壊れてたら自転車漕げませんけど。持って来れませんけど。第一、自転車が壊れるって事故ってるってことじゃん。事故らない限り、メンテもして貰えないということ？みなさんの仰っているメガネに坊主の方に言われました。店長さんか副店長さんのようです。でも、その方以外の店員さんはとても親身で親切です。ただ、そのような店員さんが修理の相談してくれないです。店の品揃えも悪く、ロードやクロスの購入を悩んでいるならプロショップのワイズさんに行った方が絶対にいい。良くも悪くも本当のことを教えてくれるし、何より根気強く話を聞いてくれる。 This is basically a repair for bicycles. 中	中川遼規 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 変にごまかさず、誠実な接客と、スポーツレベルでも必要十分なメンテナンスが良心的な整備費でうけられる、顧客目線の良店。なぜ評価が悪いのか理解できない。子供の自転車を新調しに行ったところ、今買うよりも今乗っている古い自転車をメンテナンスして練習し、上手になったら大きいものを買った方が良いと、店の売上よりも顧客優先のアドバイスをしてくれた。即日修理ができない（預かり）ことを理由に☆1にしている人がいるが、自転車の状態をみて調整するので、翌日でも早い位だと思う。ショッピングモールやホームセンターのアルバイト店員の中身の無いご機嫌伺いなスカスカ接客が好きなひとはそちらに行けばいいと思う。競技レベルのチューニングはともかくとして、スポーツバイクのメンテナンスを良心的な価格で作業してくれるので、趣味で乗る人には十分。反対にスポーク歪んでても、ワイヤー伸びてても気にせず、とりあえずパンクだけ、今すぐなおしてくれれば良いような人で、預かりに文句を言う人はホームセンターとかショッピングモールの未整備自転車に乗ってれば良いと思います。（そういう人が事故を起こすので、本当は良くないけど）自分の求めるレベルと異なるからといって、店に低い評価のレビューをするのは間違い。 A good store from the customer's point of view, where you can receive sincere customer service and necessary and sufficient maintenance even at the sports level with reasonable maintenance costs.
